In 2010 Fashion For Relief unveiled twin star-studded shows to kick off the London and New York fashion weeks, raising crucial funds for survivors of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. The event raised funds for CARE International, working to rebuild Haiti's healthcare system for mothers and children.

Guests and models from fashion, music, film, TV, sports and society included Donna Karan, Diane von Furstenberg, Georgina Chapman (Marchesa), Dame Shirley Bassey, Kate Moss, Kelly Osbourne, Geri Halliwell, Erin O’Connor, Daphne Guinness, Margherita Missoni, Sarah Ferguson Duchess of York, Bob Geldof, Pixie Geldof, Piers Morgan, Denise Van Outen, Jamelia, David Walliams, James Corden, The Saturdays, Kimberley Walsh (Girls Aloud), Nicola Roberts (Girls Aloud), Amanda Holden, Alexandra Burke, Ronnie Corbett, Andrew Flintoff, Cesc Fabregas, Natasha Poly, Agyness Deyn, Helena Christensen, Angela Lindvall, Karen Elson, Maggie Rizer, Iris Strubegger, Selita Ebanks, Sessilee Lopez, Irina Lazareanu, Trudi Styler, Malin Ackerman, Chris Brown, Beverly Knight and Estelle.

"I am deeply saddened by the recent tragedy in Haiti. So many have been killed and severely affected by the earthquake – women and children in particular are most vulnerable in disasters. Fashion is universal, personal and touches everyone. Our aim is to use this season's catwalk shows in New York to reach people and help raise crucial funds to help save the lives of women and children."
